Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days via tracked service 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

EU & International Orders

Orders shipped to the European Union and other international destinations are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery, depending on your country and local postal service handling times.

Customs, Duties & Import VAT As a result of Brexit, orders shipped from the UK to EU countries may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shadows and Sorcery has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose not to have the parcel reshipped, a refund will be issued for the order value minus the original and return shipping costs.

Tracking All EU orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
